Are you a proactive and confident Office Administrator who enjoys working in a busy, sociable environment where no two days are quite the same?
Would you like to join a growing financial services business in Pickering, where you’ll be trusted to manage your own workload, build relationships with clients and develop your knowledge along the way?
We are looking for an organised and personable Office Administrator to join our client’s friendly, open-plan office.
This is a permanent opportunity offering plenty of variety. You’ll be working with different systems, communicating regularly with clients and supporting the team with the administration needed to keep client records accurate, compliant and up to date.
You don’t need to know everything about the industry day one. What’s important is that you’re proactive, confident communicating with people and comfortable taking ownership of your work. You’ll receive training and development to build your understanding of the legislation and compliance and reporting as your job evolves.
The office is busy, chatty and collaborative, with a relaxed dress code – and it’s dog friendly too!
