We are currently working with a well-established manufacturing business based in the Malton area, who require an organised and proactive Administrator to join their team for a period of around 4 weeks.

This role has become available to provide additional support during a busy period, ensuring the smooth running of administrative processes within the business.
What the Administrator Job Involves
As the Temporary Administrator, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks including:

Providing general administrative support to the office team.

Handling incoming calls and emails, ensuring queries are dealt with promptly.

Maintaining accurate records and updating databases.

Preparing documents, reports, and filing as required.

Supporting with scheduling, diary management, and other ad hoc duties.
Skills Required
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Strong IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

The ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure.

A positive, professional, and adaptable approach to work.

Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday.
